Facing challenges with manual procurement processes and outdated supplier information, they sought to enhance productivity, efficiency, and control procurement costs through the implementation of a leading S2P platform’s full suite coupled with ERP integration.

SCOPE
The project aimed to implement the S2P platform's full suite and integrate it with the client's ERP system, with a focus on enhancing productivity, efficiency, and cost control in procurement. The rollout required coordination for deployment of the platform across multiple physical client locations in order to enhance visibility, transparency across affiliates, and optimize overall costs.
