Ivalua Implementation for a Global Fast Food Chain

Client

A chain of fast food restaurants with a worldwide store network of more than 6,500 stores in 34 countries. It operates the largest food service network in the Philippines.

Scope

The client was seeking to implement the following:

• Ivalua Supplier Management

• Sourcing, Contract Management, Catalog, Purchase order and Receipt along with Standard  Reporting Functionality

• Deployment of Ivalua Standard Spend Analytics Module and refreshes (until Dec 2022)

Approach

• Requirement gathering, solution design, build, testing and deployment of the solution in Philippines.

• Redesigning the process and deployment of the solution leading to tangible business improvements

• Full view of up-to-date supplier info, improved compliance

• Responsible for both Ivalua and SAP ECC side of integration,

• Continued spend refreshes (quarterly)

Results

Live since October 2019 and receiving maintenance support from the Ivalua team, the system was recently updated with a Spend refresh for the fourth quarter of 2022, with anticipation for data to be available in 2023 for the next refresh.
